The collar and shoulder panels hold flexible plates of carbon-fibre scales bonded to aramid. The same composite as our FlexGuard vests, bent to follow the curve of the throat. Turn, glance, ride, sit. No stiff board around your neck.
STAGGERED LAYERING
Two layers of composite, offset so no seam lines up with another. A knife point that slips past one layer meets the second. Continuous coverage across the throat and collarbones.
TRAUMA BARRIERS
The collar takes the knife's energy and spreads it across the panel, so the force stops at the armour and not in your neck. Tested to ISO 13998:2004 Level 2.
