Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or UK public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. If your order is subject to a significant delay, we will notify you by email.


Shipping Rates and Free Delivery

ArmorLite offers free standard shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, and most EU countries. Shipping charges for other destinations, where applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is taken.


Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within the following timeframes:

Please allow up to 3 business days processing time in addition to the delivery estimates above. Total delivery time from order placement is therefore approximately 11–18 business days for most destinations.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are subject to carrier schedules, customs processing, and factors outside ArmorLite's control.


Shipping Locations

We ship worldwide from warehouses in China and Germany. Please note that delivery to remote or restricted areas — including Alaska, Hawaii, Armed Forces locations, American Samoa, and certain remote European territories — may be subject to extended delivery times or limited carrier availability. We will notify you if your delivery address falls within a restricted zone.


Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier's system.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

ArmorLite ships internationally and your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are levied by your local customs authority and are entirely the customer's responsibility. They are not included in the product price or shipping charge at checkout.

For UK customers: orders dispatched from outside the UK may be subject to UK import VAT and customs duty. These charges are payable by the recipient at the point of entry.

For EU customers: orders dispatched from outside the EU may be subject to EU customs duties and VAT. Customers are advised to check their country's import regulations before ordering.

ArmorLite is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.


Damaged or Lost Orders

We take responsibility for ensuring your order arrives in good condition. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at customer@armorliteshop.com within 72 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the damaged item and packaging
  • A brief description of the damage

We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate and manage any carrier claim on your behalf.

If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps before contacting us:

  1. Check with other members of your household and neighbours.
  2. Check any secure delivery locations (porch, garage, with a neighbour).
  3. Wait one additional business day, as carriers occasionally mark items as delivered prematurely.

If the package remains unaccounted for after these steps, contact us at customer@armorliteshop.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.

Note: ArmorLite cannot accept liability for packages confirmed as delivered to the correct address where theft or removal is suspected after delivery. We strongly recommend providing a secure delivery address.


Return Shipping

For information about returning an order, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is the result of a defect or an error on our part. All outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
