Refund Policy
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us promptly at customer@armorliteshop.com.
If an order is cancelled after it has been dispatched, a restocking fee of 10% of the order total will be applied. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.
PayPal transactions: Please note that PayPal charges a non-refundable transaction fee on all payments processed through their platform. In the event of a refund, this fee — and any applicable currency conversion charges incurred by PayPal — will be deducted from the refunded amount, as these costs are not recoverable by ArmorLite.
ArmorLite reserves the right to cancel orders without prior notice where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, as assessed by our team or your financial institution.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return window, measured from the date of delivery. Return requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In their original condition, free from damage, signs of wear, odours, or alteration
- Returned in their original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please contact us at customer@armorliteshop.com before sending any items. Do not return items without prior authorisation.
Refunds
Once your return is received, we will inspect the item and notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or declined. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of inspection.
Please note that refunds are issued for items returned in accordance with this policy. Items returned in a condition that does not meet the eligibility criteria set out above will not be refunded.
Non-Returnable Items and Conditions
Returns and refunds will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
1. Incorrect Size Selection ArmorLite does not accept returns or refunds where an incorrect size was selected by the customer. We encourage all customers to consult our sizing guide carefully before purchasing. Where an exchange for an alternative size is required, the customer is responsible for all return and re-shipment costs.
2. Damage, Wear, or Alteration Items returned with visible signs of wear, staining, damage, or customer-made alterations are not eligible for return or refund.
3. Missing or Damaged Packaging Items must be returned with all original packaging and tags intact. ArmorLite reserves the right to refuse returns where original packaging or tags are missing or have been damaged.
4. Aesthetic Dissatisfaction Returns based solely on personal dissatisfaction with the appearance, colour, or aesthetic of a product are not accepted. We make every reasonable effort to represent products accurately through photography and descriptions; minor variations due to screen calibration or lighting are not grounds for return.
5. Clearance and Final Sale Items Items purchased during a clearance event, final sale, or special promotional event are not eligible for return or refund. All such sales are final.
6. Custom or Personalised Orders Products manufactured or modified to a customer's individual specifications are not eligible for return or refund, unless a manufacturing defect is demonstrated.
7. Misuse or Improper Care Returns will not be accepted where damage or failure results from use inconsistent with the product's intended purpose or from failure to follow the care instructions provided with the product.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to returns where a customer purchases multiple items and returns two or more from the same order while retaining others. This fee also applies to returns of non-defective items where a return is otherwise approved at ArmorLite's discretion.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged on arrival, please contact us at customer@armorliteshop.com within 72 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the defect. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs, upon verification.
Note for UK and Australian customers: This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) and the Australian Consumer Law.
Exchanges
We replace items only where they are confirmed defective or damaged on arrival. To request an exchange, contact us at customer@armorliteshop.com within 72 hours of delivery. Exchanges for non-defective items are not offered; customers requiring a different size or variant should initiate a return (where eligible) and place a new order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the stated processing period, we suggest the following steps:
- Check your bank account statement to confirm the credit has not already been applied.
- Contact your card issuer or payment provider — refunds can take additional time to appear depending on your institution.
- Contact your bank directly if the refund still does not appear.
If you have completed the above steps and your refund has still not been received, please contact us at customer@armorliteshop.com and we will investigate.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except where the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returned items. ArmorLite cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit on return.
