Refund Policy

 

Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. However, cancellations made after the item has shipped will incur a restocking fee of 10% of the order total. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.

Special note about payments made via PayPal, since PayPal will charge a non-refundable fee of 4.5% (may deviate from this amount at the time of purchase), and additional exchange fees if currency conversions took place during the transaction at PayPal, these fees will not be refundable through ArmorLite.

Order cancellations due to suspected fraudulent activity by financial institutions or our team may occur without prior notice.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Note that we do not accept refund claims for items that are non-defective. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Conditions 

The customer is not entitled to return or refund claims under the following conditions:

1. Incorrect Selection of Size

If the incorrect size is chosen by the customer, we do not accept full refund or return claims. We encourage all customers to carefully review our sizing guide before making a purchase. If an exchange for a different size is needed, the customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning the original item and shipping the new size.

2. Signs of Wear, Damage, or Alteration

Products returned with visible signs of wear, damage, or alteration caused by the customer are not eligible for a refund or return. This includes, but is not limited to, tears, stains, odors, or any other form of damage that affects the product's original condition. Please ensure that items are returned in their original, unworn, and undamaged state.

3. Missing or Damaged Packaging and Tags

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be returned with all original packaging and tags intact. If the original packaging or tags are missing, damaged, or altered, we reserve the right to deny a refund or return claim.

4. Aesthetic Dissatisfaction

We do not accept refund or return claims based solely on the customer's personal dissatisfaction with the aesthetics or appearance of the product. We make every effort to accurately display our products on our website, including detailed descriptions and images. However, minor variations in color, texture, or design may occur due to different screen settings and lighting.

5. Return Period

All return requests must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items returned after this period will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. Please contact our customer service team within the specified time frame to initiate a return.

6. Clearance or Final Sale Items

Items purchased during a clearance sale, final sale, or special promotional event are not eligible for refunds or returns. These sales are considered final, and exceptions will not be made.

7. Custom-Made or Personalized Items

Products that are custom-made or personalized to the customer’s specifications are not eligible for return or refund. This includes any items that have been altered or customized in any way upon the customer’s request.

8. Improper Use of Product

If a product is used in a manner not intended or specified in the product guidelines, we will not accept return or refund claims. This includes misuse, accidental damage, or failure to follow proper care instructions provided with the product.

Restocking Fee

There will be a 20% restocking fee if you order multiple items and keep only 1 or 2 and return the rest back to us, this also applies to return of non-defective items.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective product you have 72 hours upon arrival of the product to contact us about the defective unit. You can reach out to us here customer@armorliteshop.com

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should email us at customer@armorliteshop.com prior to sending your product to us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us may vary.

Do consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
